A week counts once you train on as many days as your weekly target, in your own time zone, from the day your week starts. If you logged a workout on the wrong day, move it and the streak follows. Your longest streak is always kept.

Open Account in the app and tap Delete account. Heft and Nibble share one account, so this deletes it in both apps: every workout, routine and setting in Heft, and everything you logged in Nibble.
What Heft keeps and why is in the privacy policy at heft.pstepanov.dev/privacy. Heft is not a medical device and doesn't give medical advice.
